• One of the easiest ways to stop grinding your teeth at night, is by wearing a mouth guard.
• Use the right fluoride rinse to strengthen tooth enamel and numb nerve endings. Look for potassium citrate, potassium nitrate, and sodium fluoride, among other ingredients for the best results.
